How do I request a cleaning service from your company?

Requesting a cleaning service from us is easy. You can either fill out our online contact form on our website or give us a call/text to (269) 367-2777. Our friendly team will guide you through the process, discuss your specific cleaning needs, and schedule a convenient time for our professionals to visit your location.

What services make you a boutique cleaning and concierge company?

We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that surpasses the standard. We offer personalized services such as: food/beverage/floral delivery and put away, indoor/outdoor plant care (potted plants only), holiday décor set-up/take-down, charcuterie boards, party/event set-up, premium eco-friendly products, and customized scents.

When am I charged for my service?

We charge for our services immediately following each individual appointment or on a recurring basis, depending on your preference and the arrangement we have agreed upon. We accept cash left in a sealed envelope (labeled with your name and address), all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, and AmEx), or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to allow for convenient recurring payments. All prior balances must be cleared before the next service.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

Many of our clients enjoy the convenience of having their homes cleaned while they are away, allowing them to return to a beautifully cleaned space without disrupting their schedule. However, if you wish to be present during the cleaning process or provide specific instructions in person, we are more than pleased to accommodate your request.

If I give you a key to my home or business, how will it be protected?

We take the security and privacy of our clients very seriously. We have strict access control measures to limit access to keys only to authorized personnel, as well as being securely stored in a locked safe when not in use.

Are you insured and bonded?

We understand the importance of trust and reliability when choosing a cleaning company, which is why we take the necessary steps to ensure that we are fully insured and bonded to safeguard both our clients and our staff.

What about pets?

We as a company have pets, so we understand that they are a significant part of your family. We consider their health and well-being when providing our services. We need to know if you have them and would like to have the pet's name. Our staff is trained to work with pets and accommodate their needs while being in your home. However, if they believe an animal is a threat, they are instructed not to enter a home. Please remember that pets may behave differently if a family member is absent. Additionally, our cleaning products are non-toxic and eco-friendly, ensuring the health and safety of your fur babies. If you have any specific concerns or requests, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What if I need to cancel my scheduled service?

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. We kindly request that you contact us at least two business days prior to your service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advanced notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

What hours do you clean, and can I pick the day I would like?

Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We strive to accommodate your preference in days. Because we do not set cleaning time limits, we will ask if you prefer a morning or afternoon service time. Due to the nature of the business and travel between clients’ homes, we have a 2-hour arrival window. Weekend days are negotiable.
